The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting technical and business systems. To be successful in this position one must be responsible for responding to support issues in a timely manner, communicating issue status to internal customers, peers, and management, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues within the published Service Level Agreements.
This role requires good communication skills, both with team members and business contacts. In addition, the successful Systems Engineer must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a customer service oriented individual.
