Description:

IFT is seeking a technical resource with knowledge of Windows and

Lotus Notes. Helpdesk experience is essential. This resource will

serve as first level of support, providing basic support and escalating

calls as needed.



Requirements:


·


Helpdesk/ Lotus Notes in a Windows environment

·


Strong working knowledge of Lotus Notes, Windows 2000,2003, XP, and Vista

· E


xperience in password resetting, print queue configuration, and installing/reinstalling software applications is essential.

·


Basic understanding of LAN architectures (LAN Connectivity issues, VPN & TCP/IP basic troubleshooting) and equipment.

·


Must be detail oriented, quality-conscious
and able to interact effectively via phone or e-mail with both technical and non-technical users.


·


Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and phone skills.

·


Must have strong technical, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze problems, recommend solutions and document procedures.

·


Certifications –A+ or MCSE is a plusdf-tc
