We have an immediate opening for Systems Administrator - Windows (Tier II and III) in our Stuttgart, Germany office. These positions require relocation to Stuttgart with travel to existing site facilities throughout Europe . This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding position while living abroad in Europe , with extensive opportunities. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of multiple large scale mission critical systems, to include full end to end lifecycle maintenance. This position requires strong technical and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to adapt to evolving customer requirements and new technologies.
In addition, the job will include the following responsibilities:
Conducting performance assessments, threat vulnerability assessments, and routine configuration audits
Ensuring compliance with configuration management policies and procedures
Periodic reviews of policies and procedures to determine effectiveness and accuracy
Performing routine preventive maintenance activities such as failover testing
Emergency response and advanced troubleshooting for problems that can not be resolved by lower tier personnel
Required Skills:
Systems Administrators will be required to operate, maintain, and deploy a multi-vendor environment to include one or more of the following vendor technologies:
Experience with Windows Certificate Authority (CA) Server/Client Certificates
Experience with Server 2003 R2 DFS or 2008 DFS
Experience with Group Policy Object management
Developing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Active Directory
Implementing and maintaining SQL Server 2005
Performing Windows Server Update Services (WSUS 3.0)
Developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange 2007 (some Exchange 2003)
Working knowledge of VMI
Working knowledge of IIS 6.0/7.0
Retina and DISA Gold Disk scanning experience (Securing Windows in a .MIL network is a must)
MCSE or MCSA Required
Security + or CISSP Required
