1. Attend kickoff meeting to understand all the customerobjectives.2. Follow the RF ISO processes.3. Ability to setup and maintain test equipment/simulation Lab with database recordings.

Gather terrain, structure (latitude, longitude, groundelevation, height of existing structures such as buildings and towers), morphology, demographics, and antenna information or database entry, propagation modeling, reports, actual system configuration, etc.5. Conduct traffic studies using available data (e.g.., Department ofCommerce, and demographic information). 6.

Perform capacity analysis to determine bandwidth requirements. 7. Perform and set up RF system wide drive test of all other carriers' coverage within the design area. 8.

Choose the most representative cell site to perform the CW drive test. Establish protocol for information to be gathered and recorded. 9. Project Manage database information, CW drive test data, design objectives and parameters to completion.10.

Reco mmend optimization model based on results of CW drivetests and (eg. select the site location and antenna configurations to meet the customer's coverage objectives.)11. Coordinate with site acquisition to identify candidate sites that meet optimization requirements.12. Obtain information on zoning regulations (set backs, height restriction, visual impact).

Prepare this information for zoning hearings (there may be other in-country teams that perform this task).13. Analyze the effects of the optimization plan to the network. 14. Perform full RF analysis.15.

Evaluate system design.16. Develop final design reports and overlay of the assigned area for design acceptance.df-tc
