Wireless Support Specialist

Link Technologies is currently looking for a Wireless Support Specialist for a contract position in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a new opportunity working with a high profile project in the heart of our city.

Successful candidates will possess the following experience:

Knowledge of wireless PCS billing analysis and reviews

Basic PCS wireless device troubleshooting skills

In depth knowledge of blackberry devices, functionality and provisioning

Management of PCS wireless carrier relationships and business practices

Capabilities and knowledge of PCS wireless device procurement, provisioning and porting is a plus

Requirements:

3+ years of PCS wireless communications experience required

Experience with installation and maintenance of PCS wireless devices and billing

Certified in industry recognized certifications or vendor specific product training a plus

Project coordinator skills including Project Planning, Structured, Detail-oriented, Disciplined, Project Execution and follow-through
