Description
Work in Monterey, CA in a support role for a world wide energy company.

Support of Merchant Plants and DEA Sites
. Responsible for support of the Moss Landing, Oakland, Morro Bay plants and office facilities to ensure timely, cost effective delivery of IT infrastructure services in support of approved IT projects
. Provide high quality Customer Support to all areas supported by DEA IT
. Provide coordination and/or support on a broad range of technical issues
. Desk side support
. Server administration
. Software and Hardware inventory
. End of lease management
. Windows OS
. Windows Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & other Windows products
. Infrastructure support (Workstations, servers, printers, and other peripherals)
. CIRT & Virus protection implementations
