Position Description/Responsibilities

General Summary:
Responsible for evaluating a random sample of ROC orders using standard Quality Control tools to identify problems relating to:
? Customer Service (Order taking standards)
? Order Accuracy
? Selling Process (correct upselling and clarification procedures)
? Suspected technical problems

The specialist reports to the Quality Control Manager

Essential Functions:
1) Processing a random sampling of orders across the entire operation and identifying orders with QC problems based on a set of specified operational standards.
2) Meeting productivity standards in terms of number of orders evaluated per hour.
3) Meeting scoring accuracy standards, based on analysis of evaluated orders by Specialist II resources and by the QC Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
1) Associates Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
2) Stong communication skills (listening skills, telephone etiquette).
3) Understanding of call center operations.
4) Basic computer literacy.
5) Ability to work weekends.

Preferred Requirements:
1) Understanding of quality assurance and quality control is preferred.
2) Background in quick service restaurants or a retail environment is a plus.
3) Bi-lingual skills a plus.df-tc
