Immediate need for a Workforce Management Analyst with years f prior experience in forecasting, calculating abandonment rates, and processing daily phone associates schedule exceptions. Very strong analytical skills and recent experience using Call Center Monitoring Software will be keys to success in this growing, stable, high tech organization. Will be responsible for reconciling daily scheduling errors, monitor attendance and tardiness daily, and manage real-time call volumes to associates. Great benefits.
