Immediate need for several Workforce Analysts with a growing and dynamic company. Using Workforce Management tools (Avaya/CMS, Pimpkins, Blue Pumpkin, ILX,etc.) you will be responsible for monitoring and managing real time service levels for 10,000 agents across 50+ accounts in multiple locations.
