Description
One or more years experience in the support of PC hardware and peripherals (Desktops, printer, and laptops). Candidate will log all calls and follow through to resolution on all service calls and tickets. Candidate will be responsible for Remedy work tickets directly supporting end-user workstation software, hardware and network related issues. Candidate will need to be able to evaluate numerous types of problems that can occur in large environments and handle deadlines and scheduled maintenance. Must have general knowledge of and be able to support all common desktop applications. (Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, etc). MAC experience is a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot and support the major components of a computer (modem, network card, monitor, disk drives, motherboards, etc). Must be able to participate on a rotational after hours support schedule. Experience with Enterprise Antivirus support is a plus.

Education: Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience.

Specific Skills Required: Intel and IBM based PCs, MS Office, Windows Operating Systems. Basic technical problem solving skill, good customer interface skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
