Description
Performer would become part of the Local IT Team. Performer will respond to Remedy requests that are routed from the Enterprise Help Desk, address real-time on-site IT issues, manage IT assets (including End of Lease activities), provide technical consultation, and oversee the deployment of IT services and products for the assigned customer base.

The work will involve providing on-going local IT support including asset management, problem resolution, technical consultation, and deployment coordination.

Experience/Skills

1. Ability to follow guidelines, standards, and processes.

2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

3. An Associate degree in Computer Science (or related major) or equivalent work experience.

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. A focus on customer service and end-user satisfaction

6. Previous work experience dealing face-to-face with end-users

7. Previous Workstation support experience including laptops and desktops

8. Previous Printer support experience in an HP/Cannon environment

9. Previous experience as Project/Deployment coordinator; roll-out experience

10. Previous experience in tracking IT Assets from initial order to retirement/termination of resource; Asset Mgmt

11. Ability to install workstation hardware, software, images, drivers and operating system

12. Strong troubleshooting, isolation and problem resolution skills
