Description
Genesis10 currently has several openings for our client - a large financial institution for an XP rollout Project to take place over the next 3 to 6 months. The positions are in midtown NYC.

The positions are as follows:
1. Build Engineer - required to build workstations and perform stock management
Take machines out of the box and build them start to finish. Break fix or level 1 help desk experience, should have experience following the process of building machines (prefer experience with high volume deployment projects)
A+ certification

2. Deployment Engineers - required to perform workstation validation and testing. Will work out of business hours (probably nights or late afternoon into nights)
1-2 years of desktop support experience -level 2 or 3, experience on similar high volume deployment projects, AMCP or MSCE certs

3. Front Office Desktop Support Engineers - required to provide post-deployment support to front office / trading business units
MSCE or equal degree. Must have 2 yrs of trading environment experience, 4 years minimum experience in support

4. Back Office Desktop Support Engineers - required to provide post-deployment support to non front office business units.
MSCE or equal degree must have 2 years of large corporate organizations experience, 4 years minimum experience in support

5. Team Leaders - required to lead the build, deployment or support teams
Not looking for Project Managers- just a lead/coordinator type person. df-tc


Experience/Skills
Should have several years of the following: break fix, Level 1, 2 or 3 support, A+, MCSE, or AMCP certification.
For the team lead role - Someone who has about 5 years in banking desktop support and wants to move into a lead role, will check deployment dashboard, assign the night=E2=80=99s work, act as a point for escalation, work with unions, etc.
