Contractor will assist team in developing tools that help extract and compare meaningful information from various data sources in an effort to support different processes in Network Operations. The goal is to give users access to information that will help expedite provisioning and trouble management processes and reduce potential errors, thereby providing a better experience for our customers. This will involve analyzing the current work flow, researching all of the related data sources, and creating quick, yet robust, tools that allow the Network Operations staff to work smarter and more efficiently.
