Description

ROLE:

Initiate, manage, coordinate and complete the activities on multiple e-Commerce projects that will be running concurrently. You will be the main interface between IT and the main business partner (SVP).

  • Manage priorities from many facets of the organization
  • Build consensus from different constituencies in the organization
  • Establishe timelines, milestones & deadlines
  • Ensure project objectives and goals are correct and accepted by customers
  • Ensure proper and adequate resource leveling
  • Assign responsibilities and tasks
  • Monitor and summarizes progress of project(s)
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project(s)
  • Manage project in accordance with department standards
  • Ensure smooth project transition to operational status
  • Ensure effective communication between team members and teams

THE KEYS:

  1. E-Commerce Project Management experience
  2. Solid technical understanding of online shopping and fulfillment complexities.
  3. Experience interfacing with upper levels of management.

REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years e-Commerce Project Management experience
  • 5 years of application analysis and design 2+ years in high-volume e-Commerce work
  • Highly-knowledgeable in the Microsoft technology stack
  • 8+ years in IT
  • Must have leadership qualities, friendly empathetic demeanor and strong desire to succeed
  • Must have aggressive attitude and be eager to continue growing and learning
  • Organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities
  • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and perform basic task work to meet deadlines
  • Recognize and escalate discrepancies in written/recorded data/information
  • Possess clear verbal communication and listening skills, both in person and on the phone
  • Communicate effectively with management, coworkers and customers
  • Possess good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Able to work with no or minimal supervision
  • Understand and accurately follow policies, procedures and controls

PREFERRED

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Project Management Certifications ( PMP Certified, etc. )
