eCommerce Project Manager
contract, 5 months

MUST have experience working with PUBLIC FACING E-commerce Web solutions

Responsible for managing multiple large or complex projects in accordance to the project approach, structure, and charter in order to support the successful implementation of new applications and systems.

Leads/mentors less experienced staff on complex projects in area of expertise.

Ensures adherence to project management methodology and standards are in order to meet client business expectations.

Experience with a MINIMUM of TWO of the following bullets:

Experience with email management, tools & widgets, customer care Website experience.

Experience with event driven messaging & alerts, SOA integration, and bank operations experience.

Experience with payments frameworks, integration experience with CashEdge, CheckFree, mobile payments experience, multi-factor systems integration.

UI/UX experience, experience with content management systems, experience with interactive design agencies, Web metrics and reporting, search engines and search optimization.



Required experience:

Candidates MUST have minimum 5 years experience working with E-commerce Web solutions to be considered.

Authenticated and unauthenticated experience is required

Experience with full life cycle responsibility for IT application implementations & COTS integration with online applications experience required.

Experience with banking systems & banking operations processes strongly desired.



Duties/Experience:

Reviews, approves and manages project approach, structure and through the establishment of project requirements and planning.

Leads project teams in relation to standards, methodologies and processes to ensure efficient development and implementation of systems.

Provides review, oversight approval and management of project tasks and dependencies.

Influences and negotiates with Senior Management and Vendors to ensure support for the project plan and resources.

Tracks program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives and report status to management.

Organizes and manages internal and external resources required to support and execute the project.

Complete appropriate forms/discussions addressing performance and development goals for all employees assigned to each project to give effective, meaningful feedback.

At least one year of demonstrated Primavera usage managing large projects or programs. Must have experience with creating accurate schedules, resource loading and leveling, forecasting and budgeting and report generation using the tool.

Proven ability to partner with appropriate organizations and staff to gain consensus.

PMP Certification and managing Banking/Financial applications a plus.

The candidate should be a self-starter, have excellent leadership skills and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
