Description

Provide primary responsibility for testing and support for all outsourced content development. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of existing courseware. Act as technical consultant to internal client groups and external vendors



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Technology or related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience utilizing various authoring tools and software in the development and delivery of technology-based learning including, but not limited to: Flash, Actionscript, HTML, Dreamweaver, JavaScript, XML, Captivate, Lectora
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in blended learning solutions and re-purposing instructor-led-training to web-based-training
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of courseware development processes and instructional design principles
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of SCORM and AICC standard as it relates to courseware development and LMS interoperability
  • Demonstrated strong consulting skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills and web-based training design skills are critical for success
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and a track record of success and partnership with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree in Instructional Technology or related field or equivalent
  • Proven hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Proven experience in use of XML for dynamically driven course content
  • Proven experience in blended learning delivery methods and principles
  • Proven database experience (SQL, ASP)df-tc
