Terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. As a eProcurement Specialist for this prestigious, high tech oil & gas consulting services company, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining approved price verified catalog content in ARIBA
- Apply standard application of Material Group Codes and General Ledger methodology
- Ensure data accuracy between Ariba and SAP
- Ensure accurate price validation against contracts
- Ensure correct tax determination
- Direct eProcurement Team & suppliers as appropriate to meet objective to transact 90% of addressable spend in ARIBA
- Manage approved CBT files
- Perform & direct timely verified catalog & price file system updates as needed
- Assist with and direct activities around catalog loading procedures for targeted suppliers Perform eProcurement BU Level 2 Support functions;
- Conduct training/orientation (internal & external) as appropriate
- Design and deploy new supplier engagement session activity
- Perform data analysis to ensure metric measurement and compliance components are met
- Monitor & address modified & non-catalog transactions with a focus on minimizing the $ and recurring transactions
- Perform, direct & validate accuracy of approved new supplier setup and maintenance (CSV files -VM, ASN, SO, SO $ limits, etc.)
- Monitor & validate new supplier transactions for system functionality and process (tax, prices, and attachments).
- Coordinate and communicate system or process updates or changes
- Assist with and direct loading of approved scanned price sheets and abbreviated catalogs for targeted non-surrogate buyer suppliers
- Assist with implementing complete suite of Ariba functionality (i.e.; Buyer, - Sourcing, P-Card, Invoicing, Contracts, Supplier Performance Management, Category Management, & Analysis)
- Perform Sarbanes-Oxley control testing
- Ensure audit compliance
- Ensure intellectual property compliance
- Promote and support system security
- Prepare leading and lagging eProcurement health monitoring metrics
- Analyze status reports to ensure that transactions are moving through the Ariba process to capture early pay discounts
- Advise Accounts Payable Specialists as appropriate and help to resolve Ariba functionality issues
- Monitor procure to pay metrics
- Monitor number of transactions, dollars and suppliers in Ariba
- Monitor number of transactions, dollars and suppliers in SAP
- Monitor daily invoices processed by Accounts Payable Specialists
