Working the evening shift (12:00p.m.-9:00p.m.) is required during one quarter.**Degree preferred, but will accept non-degreed candidates with equivalent years experience MCPS/MCSE beneficial. Experience with technical support of server based PC applications. In-depth knowledge of Windows 95, Windows NT, MS 97/2000, MS Project, Netscape, IE, PC/TCP, emulation software, Exchange, NT and SMS Remote control requirement. Extensive experience on the personal computer and personal computer networking. Excellent oral communications and customer service skills, and proficient in problem solving. Teamwork a must.
