A 150+ million waterfront Fractional project seeks a Director of Sales in Panama City with 10+ years on-site sales experience. The ideal candidate is confident, personable and possesses the ability to speak in public or at presentations with ease.

The director will have solid computer skills, be resourceful and have a proven ability developing sales teams in a real estate sales environment. To be successful the Director of Sales must be adept in creating and implementing effective sales strategies, training, supervising and managing the progress of all on-site sales agents.
